Try not to drool when you read about chef/owner's Matt Gordon's house burger at Urban Solace, which starts with 100% grass fed Paso Prime beef mixed with fresh marjoram and chives, garlic, organic worcestershire and smoked paprika. The patty's topped with smoked tomato jam, aged white cheddar, locally grown organic bibb lettuce and their house burger sauce (a secret aioli recipe). It sits on a Bread & Cie bun. Oh yeah, there are fries too; the spuds are hand cut and twice fried, then seasoned with smoked sea salt, ground turbinado sugar and fresh herbs. When your house burger's so good, does anyone else's compare? Gordon says, "I love the burger at Farmhouse Cafe." [~ESD~]
