Chef Shuffles

Scott Caygill, a chef at Fashion Valley's True Food Kitchen and former chef de cuisine at Bankers Hill Bar + Restaurant, has been named the new executive chef of True Food Kitchen's Scottsdale location. Caygill and his wife Rachel, a freelance pastry chef (she's made memorable desserts at Bankers Hill, Carnitas' Snack Shack and Blind Lady Ale House) will be making the move to Arizona next month.
