Starting April 7, El Take It Easy will be running a new "guest restaurant" called Get Out If You Can. The North Park eatery's become known for hosting some of their chef compatriots from Mexico for one night pop-up's; now ETIE's owner Jay Porter, chef Max Bonacci and bar manager Ethan Ostrander are presenting a temporary, four-week (Sunday through Wednesday night) eating experience inspired by that cuisine. GOIYC's menu will change weekly, and includes a $25 three-course prix fixe with optional local wine pairings. El Take It Easy will operate as usual Thursday through Saturday. [EaterWire]
