The Grand Del Mar's Addison has scored a spot on Gayot's 2013 list of the Top 40 Restaurants in the U.S. They're the only local restaurant represented, and this is the fourth year in a row that Addison has been given this honor. The site's co-founder, Sophie Gayot, tells Eater that chef William Bradley "has superbly mastered the classical French technique in which he incorporates his own personal touch to prepare unique dishes."
