Drinks At Craft & Commerce; Seasons 52's Spring Menu

LITTLE ITALY— A year has passed since Craft & Commerce's drink list was given a thorough updating; debuting this week are eleven new craft cocktails and three champagne cocktails for your drinking pleasure, courtesy of bar manager Ryan Fisher and their award-winning bartender, Christian Siglin. Standouts from their cocktail collaboration include The Odd Couple (rye whiskey, pear liqueur, angostura bitters, mezcal rinse), The Good Sinner (St. Germain, pineapple, absinthe, bubbles) and Hearts and Minds (blanco tequila, Benedictine, lemon, orange bitters, bubbles). LA JOLLA— UTC's Seasons 52, where no menu item is more than 475 calories, is launching their new spring menu today. The seasonal dishes include peas with shiitake mushrooms, grilled asparagus with tomato and caper salsa and ahi tuna tartare, plus two new fresh strawberry cocktails; they'll all be available until mid-June.
