Here's another chance for T.V. food stardom; NBC is currently casting a new show called Food Fighters that will be hosted by Adam Richman, that guy who ate everything on Man v. Food. The show pits home cooks against pro cooks in blind-judged cooking competitions, and an open casting call is being held this Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the San Diego Culinary Institute. Get out your tupperware; the show requires that you bring your audition dish, already prepared, to the call. [~EN~]
