Every Wednesday, a dim sum-inspired cart is wheeled through the dining room, allowing eaters to point and choose from an array of bite-sized tastes or small plates from the restaurant's Baja-influenced menu from $3 to $7. The assortment varies weekly, but could range from raw oysters to mini cocktails. [EaterWire]
