DEL MAR— Whole Foods Market's newest store, in the Flower Hill Promenade, is scheduled to open at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, February 27; to celebrate, they're having a "Bread Breaking Ceremony" and giving a free baguette to the first 300 people in line.
