ken%20grill.jpgKensington Grill's owner, Tracy Borkum, tells the U-T's Lori Weisberg that she's gearing up to do a reboot on her 18 year-old Adams Avenue restaurant. Borkum plans to temporarily close the restaurant in April, and reopen with a yet un-named eatery that'll have a sustainable seafood-focused menu, with a format not unlike her wildly successful CUCINA urbana.
