NORTH PARK— Toronado's resident chef, Nate Soroko, is planning another one of his famous beer brunches for Sunday, February 24 at 10:30 a.m. Featured this month is AleSmith Brewing Company, in a five course pairing that includes local fish ceviche with AleSmith's IPA on cask and an oxtail pho matched with a special brewer's blend version of Speedway Stout made with vietnamese coffee. NORTH PARK— Edible San Diego Magazine is launching monthly dinner series called Edible Eats, and will team up with chefs and farm-to-table restauranst to showcase seasonal food and ingredients. First up is a three course dinner, with wine parings, at Sea Rocket Bistro with chef Tommy Fraioli, featuring local sea urchin and produce from Suzie's Farm and New Roots Farm.
