A Three Way at Cusp; East Village's Wild Wednesday

LA JOLLA— Now that he's San Diego's Hottest Chef, Jsix's Christian Graves in getting into a culinary three-way with his fellow Kimpton chefs, Donald Lockhart of Cusp Dining & Drinks and Saltbox's Simon Dolinky. On Thursday, March 14 at 7 p.m., they'll collaborate on a three-course dinner for $35 at Lockhart's Cusp; each chef will prepare a course and the theme, since it's nearly spring, will be peas.
