Trey Foshee of George's at the Cove gave Food & Wine a rundown of his picks for eating, drinking and shopping in America's Finest City. Foshee, who's gearing up to host a benefit dinner with NYC Chef Jonathan Waxman, gives a nod to his La Jolla neighbor, Nine-Ten's Jason Knibb, Encinitas' Sake House Yu Me Ya and shared his favorite brunch (Urban Solace) and go-to taco spot, El Paisa.
