Encinitas' Elizabethan Desserts, which specializes in retro, handmade desserts from seasonal fruit pies to cupcakes, whoopie pies and cookies (try The Really Good, a house made brioche, filled with chocolate and dipped in caramel), is expanding their sweet shop to include an adjacent dining room. The store tells Eater that they hope to open up the new space later this week. [EaterWire]
