Fill Your Pie Hole with Whole Pies

Softly open near Quail Botanical Gardens is Betty's Whole Pie Saloon, a new sweet and savory pie shop and eatery from baker extraordinaire Elizabeth Harris, founder of Elizabethan Desserts.

After moving Elizabethan Desserts into a brand new location nearby, Harris has transformed her original bakery into a cozy Old West-inspired space, complete with swinging saloon doors and a floor made to look like the lattice top of a pie.

Betty's Whole Pie specializes is everything good between two crusts, sold whole, from sweet pies (apple crumble, chocolate cookie dough, "Peanut Butta" pie and more) to savory ones, including tamale pies, biscuit crusted meat pies and hand-held pies.
