Another fast-casual pizza chain, the SoCal-based Pieology, is due to open any day now in the Sports Arena area (3455 Sports Arena Blvd), with another shop planned for 5575 Balboa Ave. Pieology's menu specializes in customizable 12-inch pizzas which cook in less than five minutes.
