LA JOLLAThe Hake Kitchen & Bar is launching a menu of mezcal flights for those interested in taste-testing this popular spirit. The flights are categorized by mezcal-making villages, regions and top shelf brands and served, as is traditional, with orange slices and "Sal de Gusano," a salt made with sun-dried agave worms, salt and chili.
