Sad news via Facebook from Coop's West Texas BBQ. Their Chula Vista store, which opened in January, has closed "due to financial reasons". Coop's original eatery in Lemon Grove (2625 Lemon Grove Ave.) remains open and will extend their operating hours starting this Thursday. They'll now be open until 9 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and until 8 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. [Facebook]
