Venissimo Cheese Opens; Thanksgiving Pies; Alice Waters

DOWNTOWNVenissimo Cheese has opened their new shop in The Headquarters at Seaport District and shuttered their East Village one. On
Saturday, November 24, they'll celebrate their grand opening with a series of cheese-making demos on mozzarella stretching and burrata filling, scheduled for noon, 2 and 4pm. [EaterWire]
