There's been a reconfiguration of Saltbox Dining & Drinking in the Hotel Palomar, says the U-T. All the action now centers around the downstairs lounge, presided over by head bartender Jen Queen, and the former dining room upstairs will henceforth be used for special events. Sidewalk tables have been added and the eatery's daytime hours extended through the afternoon, meaning there's more time to enjoy chef de cuisine Jeremiah Bryant's newly-launched menu. [U-T]
