San Diego Magazine has word about a restaurant group that's sending a food truck to San Diego shores. Mercadito Hospitality's founders are relations of chef Richard Sandoval, who just launched a branch of his own Venga Venga concept here in Otay Ranch. Mercadito on Wheels will be a mobile version of their Mercadito restaurants (Chicago, NYC, Miami), serving street tacos, nachos, a burger and more, in SD this fall. [SDMag]
