Eater National got word that Top Cheffer Richard Blais, behind Little Italy's upcoming Juniper & Ivy, will host a new cooking show for HLN (formerly "Headline News") premiering this December 1. The premise of Cook Your Ass Off, from the producers of Chopped and Rachael vs. Guy: Celebrity Cook-Off, will "pit talented chef contestants against one another in a three-round competition" that tackles the specific dietary needs of one individual.
