Barista Throwdown; Birthday for US Grant; New Bulgogi Burger

NORTH PARK— Coffee & Tea Collective is playing host to Thursday Night Throwdown, a local barista battle put on by the San Diego Coffee Network. The 7 to 9 p.m. event, scheduled for October 17, is open to the public; local roasters will be pouring tasting flights from the pour over bar during the competition.
