salsipudes.jpgJay Porter, former owner of The Linkery who relocated to San Francisco, has announced that he's planning to open a new restaurant, called Salsipuedes in North Oakland. On his blog, Porter says that it'll be a 30-seat, neighborhood-y spot supporting "hyper-local, small-scale food production"; from the name we guess that it might take inspiration from Baja as well. Stay tuned for a report on Waypoint Public, which is getting settled in The Linkery's old North Park space. [EaterWire]
