On Friday, October 11 La Valencia's executive chef Daniel Barron is hosting The Heavenly Hog Fall Pig-Out, a swoon-worthy celebration of pork from eight local chefs who are divvying up pigs from Julian's Cook Pigs Ranch. Each of the eight courses will be paired with beer or wine, which is included in the ticket price; expect to taste ribs from Farm House Cafe, loin from Sea & Smoke, pig head from Table 926 and much more.
