It shouldn't be long until you're able to sink your teeth into a pie from Pizzeria Mozza or one of Puesto's tacos. The new restaurants, along with all the other tenants in The Headquarters at Seaport District, are set to make their big debut to the public on Monday, November 18.

The night before the grand opening, Pizzeria Mozza founders Joe and Lidia Bastianich and chef Mario Batali (schedule permitting) are scheduled to be in San Diego for a gala event. When Eater stopped by their Headquarters space recently, elements of the final restaurant were coming together, from the outdoor patio strung with lights to a Mozza2Go window for pizza pick-up.

Across the way from Pizzeria Mozza is Puesto's two-level restaurant, with a dramatic entryway and custom murals inside. And ringing the center courtyard are two large-scale restaurants from Seasons 52 and The Cheesecake Factory, and new storefronts from local favorites Venissimo Cheese and Dallman Fine Chocolates.

The project will also house another location for Eddie V's, which won't be ready until early next year, and an outpost of the Orange County-based sweet and savory waffle sandwich spot, Bruxie, due in Spring 2014.
