The Pearl Reveals Concept for Their North Parker Eatery

Here's the latest intel on the eatery that The Pearl's owners, L.W.P. Group, are bringing to The North Parker.

Scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2014 is Tacos Perla, which will be housed in a 750-square-foot space styled with elements from late-1960s Mexican graphic design and street culture melded with a modern aesthetic.

Tacos Perla will serve tacos, and only tacos, both "real-deal street tacos" and more out-of-the-box innovations, plus house made aguas frescas and a small selection of Mexican beers. The Pearl's Jaison Burke is developing the menu and will oversee the kitchen here in addition to his cheffing dutues at EAT at The Pearl.
