MIHO Gastrotruck has a new menu this week that features a vegetarian-friendly tofu version of a banh mi sandwich. It comes from the hands of MIHO's new chef Rocio Siso Gurriaran, a Spanish-born, Michelin star restaurant-trained cook who has sous cheffed at Tapenade, Nine-Ten and most recently The Smoking Goat.
