Flu and scurvy-fighting citrus is theme this season: the list includes the Garden Kumquat Fizz, made with Ballast Point Fugu vodka and fruit from the hotel's rooftop garden and an eau-de-vie infused with Buddha's Hand citron and sweetened with palm sugar called the Holiday in Cambodia.
