PACIFIC BEACH— On Wednesday, January 16, Great News Cookware & Cooking School is featuring an all-salmon recipe cooking class with Mary Ann Vitale, chef-owner of La Jolla's La Taverna and Sorella della Taverna (try her coconut cake).
