Little Italy's pint-sized ramen shop, UnderBelly, is in the process of growing in both size and scope. Though the physical add-on's currently in the works are a little different than originally intended (due to the Q building's infrastructure and neighboring restaurant Bencotto's own expansion plans), owner Arsalun Tafazoli shared that there will eventually be a second level with more seating and has an extended menu set to debut next month. UnderBelly holds a coveted full liquor license, so expect to soon see a faithfully reverential Japanese whiskey program.
