Bencotto Births A New Baby Called Monello

Keli Dailey reports a November 16 debut for Bencotto's new restaurant Monello, which will occupy an adjacent space in Little Italy's Jonathan Segal—designed Q building. While Bencotto's menu centers around the food of Emilia Romagna, Chef Fabrizio Cavellini's birthplace, Monello will serve a modern Milanese menu — a nod to the heritage of co—owners Valentina Di Pietro and Guido Nistri.
