Set to open on November 19, Seasons 52 in Westfield UTC is the first local entry for this Florida-based chain whose 22 locations span the nation. The menus for this large-scale eatery are fairly consistent across the board (the hook is that no dish is more than 475 calories), but UTC's Exec Chef, Steve de Barril has brought in a few area purveyors to lend more local flavor to the seasonal menu, including Be Wise Ranch and craft beer from SD's own Coronado Brewing Co. and Mission Brewery.
