MIHO Gastrotruck Adds Pro Cocktails To Rolling Menu

Juan Miron & Kevin Ho by Studio Castillero

It's been two years since Eater San Diego's favorite farm-to-table food truck, MIHO Gastrotruck, first put rubber to the road, and they've since amassed a fleet that includes two MIHO trucks and a mobile street food cart called Stand & Deliver. This summer, they got off the road for a spell to introduce The Vetted Table to the MIHO mix, a higher-end, full service catering concept with their chef, Brian LaBonte (of the much-missed Blanca Restaurant), first with a pop-up dinner at El Take It Easy and then with a coveted spot at September's Celebrate the Craft.

Now, founders Kevin Ho and Juan Miron tell Eater that the next evolution of A MIHO EXPERIENCE is the addition of bespoke bar service — set to debut in early 2013 with curated beer, wine and cocktail menus, pro bartending, a custom-built portable bar and other possible endeavors that don't involve four wheels.
