SAN MARCOS— Local hospitality group Eat.Drink.Sleep. has named Danilo "DJ" Tangalin as executive chef of the signature restaurant, Decoy Dockside Dining, at its new boutique property Lakehouse Hotel & Resort which is scheduled to open this summer. Tangalin has been leading the kitchen at EDS' JRDN Restaurant in Pacific Beach and will continue to do so as he launches the New American menu for Decoy, which is inspired by the great outdoors and centers around wild game and fresh water seafood cooked in a wood burning oven.
